Michael Gowl is an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist with more than two decades of experience building, leading, and advising businesses. After beginning his career in sales and business development, Michael spent more than a decade helping lead Patuxent Roofing & Contracting, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer. His tenure as an operator shaped an investment philosophy grounded in discipline, long-term thinking, and an appreciation for the people behind successful businesses.
Following his transition from day-to-day operational leadership, Michael established Legacy Ventura Group, a private family office through which he oversees institutional investments, direct operating company investments, real estate investments and strategic initiatives. His approach to capital allocation reflects the same principles that guided his career as an entrepreneur: patience, thoughtful stewardship, strong partnerships, and a focus on creating enduring value.
