After beginning his career in sales and business development, Michael spent more than a decade helping lead Patuxent Roofing & Contracting, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer. His tenure as an operator shaped an investment philosophy grounded in discipline, long-term thinking, and an appreciation for the people behind successful businesses.
